DataQuest is a three-day datathon from April 5-7 which is centered around data science and artificial intelligence. During the 3 days, you will work through a dataset to extract useful information before pitching a solution to our panelist of judges. Event initiatives will consist of workshops and networking sessions from a variety of companies. Technical implementation is required but we will be hosting a technical workshops before the event to prepare you for the challenge. Find more details in the hacker package we sent out!
Requirements
Any student who has been ACCEPTED to participate is eligible to submit a project. Your project must follow the Rules outlined for this event - see the Rules tab for more details. Additionally:
- Please add each member of your team to your project
- (Optional) Attach images, videos, GIFs of your projects
Deliverables
- Your working file (notebook, code file...etc)
- Slide deck
- NEW: test_data CSV file with the last column filled out (isFraud) - should be named as team_#.csv
- 10 minute presentation, followed by a 5 minute Q&A on April 7 during judging period (3:00 PM to 6 PM). The judging schedule will be released at 2:30 PM.
Please note that the "Project Details" portion of the Devpost will not be judged. Participants are encouarged to not spend time on this area of the submission, but may choose to do so to display on their profiles.
