SNOWBOARDING WITH BROOKE
Last week I took the afternoon off from work and took Brooke up snowboarding. It was a beautiful day and we had tons of fun. We stayed until the resort closed at 9:00 PM.

DADDY DAUGHTER DATE
Yesterday I took my daughter Brooke on a daddy daughter date. We went up to Park City for the afternoon and rode on the Alpine Slide Coaster. We then went to eat at the Olive Garden with unlimited salad and breaksticks. Great times.

FALL EQUINOX 2013
This past weekend was the Autumnal Equinox. I spent some time up in the mountains. It is beautiful right now with the fall leaves turning.

VALLEY OF THE TEMPLES
Probably one of the most peaceful place on the island that we went to is called the Valley of the Temples. It is garden like memorial cemetery where there is a place of worship/burial for each of the major religions around the world. We went to the non-denominational Byodo-In temple which welcomes people of all faiths to worship, meditate or simply appreciate its beauty. It was so peaceful the even the doves would fly and land in your outstretched hand. They also have this large bell that you can ring.
