Brayden's End of Year Choir Concert

Brayden had been wanting to try a papaya so bad ever since she started learning this song. She finally tried one last weekend and was very disappointed :(

The last song they sang won't upload cause it's too big of a file. It was the best one too. They sang "Fight Song," one of Brayden's favorites that she loves to sing around the house cause now she knows every single word.

Mother's Day 2016

 They played soft music, had a coke ready for me, and some chocolate. They took good care of me. This was all after a delicious taco salad dinner that I asked for. 

My kids are the best.

Weekend Getaway

My early Mother's Day gift was a weekend away at a hotel resort. 2 nights alone to relax and sleep.

 It was fun for the family to visit for a swim :)

Brayden had two pieces chosen for her school district's art show.

 And this was a painting she did for her report on Japan for Girl Scout "Thinking Day."

Magnolia Visit

I met up with some mission friends in Waco for a fun girl getaway. We visited Joanna and Chip Gaines Magnolia Market from the show on TLC "Fixer Upper."
