Equality and Diversity

Many prospective employees have changed the way they view their work life balance, some are considering “downsizing” or “moving” their careers and many school leavers and graduates are still seeking their first opportunity. We welcome applications from these groups in our entry level roles, or where they have relevant experience or degrees applicable to a role.

We recognise that people from different backgrounds and experiences can bring valuable insights to the way we operate; generating new ideas and perspectives as well making us representative of the community and society. We aim to be an inclusive organisation, committed to providing equal opportunities throughout employment and to pro-actively tackle and eliminate discrimination in our business. We recognise that those with neuro diverse characteristics often gravitate to and thrive in our industry.
