Wednesday night we finally celebrated our caboose turning one! You'll probably notice that we had a bit of a cow theme going on. (yes, that brown and white frosting is to simulate a cow hide.) LOL! Note also the new word portrayed in several of the pictures..."ooooh!"

We have hit a new chapter in our parenting book.

G1 has informed us that if we are going to be "mushy" in public, she would prefer to walk somewhere else. Specifically...anywhere but next to us.

She's been taking a few steps here and there for a week or two, but she is now toddling everywhere and is darn proud of herself...and so are we. :)

Art on the Green

So this last week G1 was at Art Camp. At this camp you do visual art and performance art. Last year she did "Styles of the Masters" and "Juggling". This year she did "Styles of the Masters" (she liked it so much last year) and "Hip Hop Dance". At the end of the week the classes in performing art go to the local art fair and strut their stuff for the fair goers as part of the entertainment. Below is a recording of G1 doing her class dance. Sorry the quality is so awful...I only had my camera (not good...see previous entry) and it was an overcast day. However, you should be able to make her out--she's the tall blonde in the left corner. :)
