LIL MONO MYTHS by STEVE SAIZ / On-site at Shulman + Associates Opening party at the S+A offices this Thursday, December 1 at 7 PM. Music provided by Stevezys with Kabuki Iron Kolors and DJ Benton; drinks provided by 42Below. S+A collaborates frequently with artists both in the design of galleries and museums and on shared projects. 2011 marks the third year that the firm has asked an artist to use its Design District office building as the canvas for a site-specific installation during Art Basel Miami Beach. This year, FriendsWithYou lead designer Steve Saiz has transformed the structure. Entitled "Lil Mono Myths," Steve's piece covers the exterior of the building with hundreds of characters and icons to create a wild narrative.
