End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Decentral Mint for the software product accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
1. Grant of License
Decentral Mint hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to install and use the Software on your devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Scope of Use: You are permitted to load the Software onto devices under your direct control (e.g., PC, laptop, mobile, or tablet). It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your device meets the minimum hardware and software requirements for the Software.
2. Restrictions on Use
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
- Modification: Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software;
- Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software, or attempt to derive the source code;
- Commercialization: Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Software for any unauthorized commercial purpose;
- Third-Party Access: Rent, lease, or sub-license the Software, or allow any third party to use the Software on your behalf;
- Unlawful Use: Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national, or international law;
- Non-Compliance: Use the Software for any purpose that Decentral Mint considers a material breach of this EULA.
3. Intellectual Property and Ownership
Decentral Mint shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads. The Software—including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights—remains the exclusive property of Decentral Mint.
This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the intellectual property of Decentral Mint, other than the limited license to use the Software as expressly stated herein.
4. Termination
This EULA is effective from the date you first install or use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Decentral Mint and destroying all copies of the Software in your possession.
Automatic Termination: This Agreement will terminate immediately and without notice from Decentral Mint if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall cease, and you must immediately stop all access to and use of the Software.
5. Governing Law
This EULA, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States to resolve any legal matter arising from this Agreement.
