What We Have Been Up To

So it has been forever since I last blogged, and I am completely overwhelmed with the thought of trying to catch up. So many things have happened that I missed blogging about, so instead of posting a bunch of different catch up posts, here is what we have been up to since I last blogged...

2010

July- We celebrated our 3rd anniversary, Kelsie turned 24, Devin went to the Keller family reunion in Lake Tahoe.
August- I took a new position with Western Wyoming Community College as the Assistant Director of Residence Halls and Student Life and we moved into a new apartment on WWCC campus.
September- We worked an enjoyed the beautiful fall weather.
October- I organized a community haunted house and had over 1,100 people come, and we had a fun Halloween.
November- We spent Thanksgiving in Tremonton with the Knudsen family and Devin cooked a 25 pound turkey, and Devin's store had a very successful black friday.
December- We celebrated Christmas in Price with the Keller family and had a great time.

2011

January- We spent a lot of time at Flaming Gorge ice fishing and froze our butts off in the wonderful Wyoming winter weather.
February- Still more ice fishing, and we celebrated Valentines Day with a nice dinner out, and had a fun trip to Las Vegas.
March- I went to Illinois for a girl's trip with my friend Heidi, and enjoyed the windy city of Chicago.
April- Devin won Presidents Club for work and we got to go to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a week of fun and got nice tans.
May- Devin celebrated his 25th birthday and I threw a big surprise party for him and we had a ton of family and friends come and celebrate, we bought our first HOUSE in Rock Springs and closed on May 31st, I resigned from my job also on May 31st.
June- We spent 3 days in Seattle and had a blast- Seattle is amazing, we went on an Alaskan Cruise and loved seeing Alaska, Devin was ordained an Elder by his dad, we moved into our new place, and Devin went on a fun trip to Denver.
July- We were sealed for time and all eternity in the Logan LDS Temple on July 1st, we celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary, Kelsie turned 25, we spent time at my parents new cabin in Island Park, Kelsie spent 2 weeks in Utah swimming and watching softball tournaments, we (Kelsie) spent a ton of time unpacking and decorating the new house.
August- We spent time in Island Park, we spent time in Utah, and went to the Keller family reunion bbq in Millcreek canyon.
September- Devin worked a lot of days at the Utah State Fair, we celebrated my sister Kori's 14th birthday with a big surprise party with a bouncy slide, we sent my sister Kim off to BYU-Hawaii and are so proud of her, Devin got offered a new job in Salt Lake City and we decided to move back to Utah and will be making the move on October 8th.

So this is pretty much what we have been up to lately. We are excited to move and look forward to this new adventure. We have loved our time in Rock Springs, and are really going to miss Wyoming and our great friends that we have made here. I will try to be better about keeping up on my blog, but there are no promises!

Viva Las Vegas

Devin won a free trip to Vegas from work and we went the last week of February. We stayed at the Trump hotel and had a fabulous time! We didn't take very many pictures, but here are a few of the fun things we did! Image
Image We went to the Cirque du Soleil show Mystere, it was amazing!

These are not good pictures because they were taken on my phone, but this is the sweet suite that we stayed in at the Trump! We loved the Trump because it is non-smoking and non-gaming so it was a nice break from the usual Vegas scene. Overall it was a fabulous trip and we loved being able to get out of town, enjoy much warmer weather, and spend good quality time together!

Oh yeah, I have a blog...

It has been forever since I have posted anything on here, I almost forgot I even had a blog! I am going to TRY and be better about posting from now on. I could spend forever talking about what we have been doing since my last update June 2010, but that would take too long so over the next few days I will just fill you in on the past few weeks.
