Inspiration

Teams lose hours after meetings trying to remember who promised what. We were inspired to build a tool that eliminates "meeting amnesia" by instantly turning conversations into structured execution.

What it does

ActionFlow is an AI-powered meeting companion that transforms raw transcripts into actionable summaries. It automatically extracts tasks, assigns owners, sets deadlines, and drafts professional follow-ups.

How we built it

We built ActionFlow using MeDo for the full-stack architecture, utilizing a modern dark-themed UI with glassmorphism and neon accents. We focused on a real-time "capture-to-action" loop for seamless demoing.

Challenges we ran into

Balancing visual complexity with performance was tricky. We had to ensure that the neon glow effects and particle animations didn't clutter the UI, keeping the user experience clean and professional.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully implemented a "demo-ready" state with pre-loaded, realistic data. We are particularly proud of the "Companion Widget," which makes the app feel like a native Google Meet integration.

What we learned

We learned that hackathon judges value a "finished feeling" over raw feature count. Focusing on smooth transitions and a clear, one-click demo flow was the most effective way to communicate our value.

What's next for ActionFlow

We plan to integrate real-time API connectivity with Google Meet and Zoom, add calendar sync for automatic deadline reminders, and build a dedicated browser extension for hands-free meeting capture.
