Inspiration

Our inspiration for this project was stumbling across a positive affirmations public API. We wanted to put a fun twist on it, so we came up with Antiffirmations!

What it does

It generate random anti-affirmations.

How we built it

We used Python (Flask), NLTK to tokenize sentences, and the random noun/adjective/animal API.

Challenges we ran into

We coded this project in the last 5 hours of the hackathon after our initial project idea didn't pan out, so we were a bit on crunch time!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Using a natural language processing Python library (NLTK)!
