Inspiration
I remember reading a suggestion for people with anxiety - take pictures of things you've completed to not have to worry about it later. "Did I turn off the stove? Did I lock the door?" With image proof, you can always check back to your phone to verify that you actually did so instead of worrying about it. I took this suggestion to turn it into a schedule list that also lets you document your work (if you wish to)
What it does
Currently, it is a web application that allows a user to document their mood and view their mood graph. It also includes coloring game to unwind and relax after a stressful day. Finally, it allows adding tasks to a schedule and tracks your progress each time you finish a task.
How I built it
I use HTML, CSS and Javascript to build a web application with the above functionalities. LocalStorage is used to store user information. References - Canvas Drawing App W3 schools Google charts
What's next for AnxIT
A mobile application that stores schedules with both recurring tasks as well as normal one-time tasks. App will connect to user's contacts to reach out for help when required.
