Asset Token Tree

Create fungible tokens that can be linked to real assets like securities, equities, and bonds. App focuses on creating tokens and linking the underlying files associated with the asset.

Inspiration

I was interested in asset tokenization for real life assets such as equities and bonds. Although, Header can make NFTs can be link to documents, it wasn't so clear for fungible tokens, which can still be used to linked to certain real life assets. I tried to focus on token creation and providing a way to store and link the underlying documents.

What it does

It is a working prototype for manage the headera basic features such as accounts, smart contracts, and tokens. In addition, it connects to google cloud.

How we built it

It uses Hedera, Java, GCP, Solidity

Challenges we ran into

connection from Hedera to GCP wasn't straight forward

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Created a beautiful working prototype user interface that allows for logging into an account, create and call a smart contract, mint a token, delete a token, upload a file to GCP.

What we learned

We learned a lot of Hedera SDK and GCP.

What's next

Hope that there will be opportunity to continue working to build on the existing project.
