Freedom Cell project and concept where communities come together to help each other through collected funds

What it does

It requires n people to create an insurance funding, and each person pays premium based on the value of their insurance property or things and risk. When someone needs a fund, he or she claims for a transaction and we only need m out of n people to approve it.

How I built it

Javascript, Copay, Blockcypher, Bitpay, and Bitcore working together with other technologies to achieve multi-signature transactions.

Challenges I ran into

Bitpay API is horrible. Unclear, out of date, while several syntax structures are either incorrect or modified without update.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Learned Javascript from scratch to build the entire back-end for the multi-signature transactions/system.
