blackLevel

I've had a lot of projects that involved scanning hand-drawn work, and then converting it to black and white. You always get stray marks - this project helps the user adjust the black/white cutoff for the perfect line between everything I drew, and everything the eraser couldn't quite get. The program then removes stray marks by checking each pixel's perimeter, and seeing if it is a loner. How many like-colored neighbors a pixel has to have to remain its own color is adjustable after the black/white level is set.

I programmed this to use for my #MyOctoCat submission.

Only exported for Windows 32 and 64 bit.
