Inspiration

Our project was inspired by a blend of the NVIDIA and PNC Bank prompts. We aimed to integrate AI into the product management life cycle by creating a tool that assists employees in organizing and refining their work. The system automatically summarizes meeting notes, ideas, and goals, then generates Notion-style to-do lists, timelines, and weekly progress reports with actionable suggestions. To align with HackUTD’s fantasy theme, we added a playful twist: the “Blob Life-Cycle.” Users can “follow the blob” as it evolves into a strong and productive Poyo, the HackUTD mascot, symbolizing their own growth in productivity and creativity. How we built it

We built a Python/FastAPI backend (“Blob” agent) with a React Native frontend (“PM Dashboard”). The backend integrates NVIDIA Nemotron for AI, LangGraph for workflow management, and APIs for Notion and Google Calendar to create pages and schedule events automatically. The frontend lets PMs enter goals, shows Blob’s progress visually with spinners and checkmarks, and includes a wellness nudge. Frontend and backend were developed in parallel, tested end-to-end with real APIs, and optimized for a smooth, interactive demo experience.
