Blink

Blink is a decentralised website bookmarker built with Blockstacks.

Inspiration

So, I really wanted to build some blockchain application for a long time and after reading few articles in dev.to i figured out this is an interesting idea to make a Dapp bookmarker.

Challenges faced

The major challenge faced by me was the deployment. I tried heroku for this but even after several tries i was not able to deploy it properly. Finally after reading some stackoverflow answers i gave a shot at netlify and it worked finally.

Working

You just need to sign-in with your Blockstack id and then home page will pop up . Now at the top right there is a plus icon just click on it and the paste the URL you want to bookmark and then ENTER this will create a bookmark and now by clicking it you will be redirected to the given URL. Now on the left there is a hamburger menu there are two options Archive and All bookmarks. You can archive your bookmarks and also can delete them too.
