What it does

BloomShift is the on-demand staffing tool for the Dutch flower industry turning a hard-to-reach international student population into a reliable, flexible workforce, all in English. The platform is built for total flexibility: employers can post shifts any day, at any time, for any number of people, and receive instant applications on a Zero-hour contract basis. By managing all the complicated Dutch payroll and visa rules, we make flexible hiring and working simple, fast, and risk-free for everyone.
