Inspiration
The keyboard from Ferris Bueller's Day Off. In the movie, Ferris plays a keyboard with coughing and sneezing noises. He then plays The Blue Danube Waltz on his keyboard, with these noises.
What it does
BuellerBoard transforms any sound into an instrument. It pitch-adjusts sounds to make notes out of them. It presents a piano keyboard to allow users to experiment, as well as the ability to play arbitrary MIDI files.
What's next for BuellerBoard
- Improve the UI
- Move the audio processing to the front-end by using more extensively the Web Audio API, and Emscripten + asm.js
