CheckUp is a novel method of patient-drug interaction data collection. Every year more than 1.3 million people in the United States are inflicted with medical injuries due to medical errors. Our goal is to create a new way for accurate clinical data from the patient to the personal healthcare provider. More accurate data leads to clearer diagnosis and efficient treatment plans. With CheckUp, we are hoping to improve patient care and reduce the number of medical injuries due to medical errors.
