ommuShare is a community-based tool and hardware-sharing web app that allows people within a community to share their hardware products like lawnmowers or shovels rather than having each family in that community buy one. The idea of sharing hardware products originated when our team realized that most of our hardware products stay in the garage doing nothing most of the time. So instead of buying all the tools and not using them quite often, people can buy one product per community and use this web app to share/rent them. That way, people pay accordingly based on how much they use it.
