From the book : The Power of habit, every habit has 3 steps :cue, routine, reward ", and the best way to change a habit is through routine and environnement, and start by willpower to change. So by making the routine or willpower for that, helping them with good environnement WILL make people kill bad habits and start a good one
What it does
LevelApp is an application based on a concept that consists of making a whole new design for the apps structure (a theme) with a very comfortable color, the user selects an intervale of time when he wants to be productive and get rid of his addictive behaviour, when the app launches (on the beggining of the intervale), you find only the wanted apps, the unwanted ones are hidden and unaccessible, on the other hand we provide a set of useful articles, books and e-learning platforms based on his profile and preferences, these set of links help him improve and reach his goals.
