Inspiration

Have been making money through crypto day trading. wanted to make it easier.

What it does

Helps you analyze crypto data. creates an automatic trading bot with a set of input variables. We then run a genetic algorithm to select a bot optimized for that cryptocurrency.

How we built it

We use python to pull crypto currency info from coinbasepro into MongoDb. We then visualize that data using Python - Flask, Plotly, Html, css and javascript. The trading bots and optimization using genetic algorithm is implemented in python.

Challenges we ran into

Team member dropped out before committing any work. Ensuring validity of trading bots.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Html Interface; we actually made profits.

What we learned

Learned a bit about finance in the process.
