Inspiration

Dapi was built to solve the problem of making developers build web3 applications and deploy on any Blockchain and access all web3 APIs, with developers can easily deploy APIs and smart contracts without being redirected.

What it does

Dapi aims to replace traditional centralized API systems with a decentralized alternative, empowering developers with an open-source and transparent API infrastructure. By leveraging blockchain technology, Dapi provides developers and users with increased transparency, data ownership, and resilience. It also fosters innovation, empowering developers, enhancing data control and ownership, promoting transparency, and enabling the creation of decentralized applications that leverage blockchain technology. Also introducing DAPI token which is a payment system and first of its kind developer token

How we built it

First Dapi started with an idea which was sketched with the sketch and was designed and prototype prototyped with Figma. After the design aspect going to the development aspect, we used React Js for the frontend Node and MySQL for the backend and database. Solidity is used to build smart contracts and it was deployed on Blockchain networks.

Challenges we ran into

Working as a team can be quite challenging especially when the teammates are from different regions with different understandings and temperaments, getting the necessary resources used for this project was also a challenge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we could solve a problem for developers, foster innovation among developers, enhance data control and ownership, promote transparency, and enable the creation of decentralized applications that leverage blockchain technology.

What we learned

We learned to work as a team and also to tolerate each other.

What's next for DAPI beta

What is next for Dapi is the launch of Dapi platform as well as Dapi token that can be used to purchase domain names, web hosting web servers and exchange other cryptocurrency, gas fees on blockchain technology to migrate from web 2 to web 3 to build your project purchases services like smart contract APIs and other digital products.
