Inspiration

Wind Chimes bring Good luck and positive vibes. It brings calmness, peace and joy. I wanted to create a lens that would bring positive vibes to everyone, enjoy calm sound of wind chimes, and express beauty and love thru snapchat.

What it does

Play chime sounds by touching earrings, each heart produces different chime sound. Every time the hand interacts with each heart, it produces beautiful chime.

How we built it

lens studio features used: Playing Sound thru physical collider events, Chain Physics, Chain Damping, 3D Hand Interaction, Object Texturing using Emissive Render Target Texture, Change Makeup settings, Face Retouch, Display Gesture Hints. Import and export object functionality

Challenges we ran into

Combining Makeup and Chain Damping due to head binding and ear anchors, makeup are displayed correctly on android device.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Learning about physics engine, chain physics and hand interaction. And playing sound thru physical collider event.

What we learned

I learned the export and import object functionality. Recording chime sound. Object Texturing using Render Target.

What's next for Ear Chimes

Allow to change jewelry and change chime sound
