π Inspiration
Farming is a task that used to require a tremendous amount of labor and effort. In today's day and age technology and machinery exist to make things easier. These can range from harvest machinery, helicopter (RC controlled) pesticide sprayers to something as simple as automated sprinklers. These systems can be automated using robots/logic with the help of robots.
π€ What it does
We provide an application for Farmers to manage their fields. They can see statistics such as time to harvest, robots active, robots needing service, and can view their upload data.
π¨ How we built it We created a demo app through Figma, and developed a website through Wix for the operator to use.
π¬ Challenges we ran into
We were unsure of how our app and python code is able to integrate in an efficient manner. However we are able to show the capability and how data from the field would be stored offline. This can be uploaded to a server and improvement using ML.

An app that lets a farmer manage their fields and view activity of robots. A way for farmers to view live robot data. A website that can provide information.
βοΈ What we learned
Farming is a complex task than be made easier with the help of autonomy and robots. A lot of math and algorithms are involved in mapping, optimizing and automating.
βWhat's next for FarmBright
FarmBright plans to implement a machine learning algorithm that optimizes for efficiency, manage data bases, create a business model that encourages a greener environment and government grants, and to battle climate change.
