Snapchat Shopping Struggles Instagram Memes

What it does

It helps reccomend clothing for purchase through Watson chatbot API. It incorporates IBM Bluemix Databses in order to evaluate keywords. It uses AR technology to display fitted interpretations of garments.

Actually having a visual presentation and interpretation.

What we learned

It is impossible to build and code something in higher fidelity 1 1/2 day, However, it is feasible to present the idea clearly through other means such as protoypes and basic wireframing.

What's next for FilterWear

Advancements in AR technology and AI technology to help improve recommendations and provide more precise functionality.

I worked on the front end, designed the logo, came up with the name, the presentation template, and the user persona and problem. I also suggested the overall product in terms of editing original ideas and incorporating the idea of a chat box fashion advisor.

Filterwear was originally an idea of a body con suit which included patterns from the play cube to make an at suit. We edited it to the idea of a snapchat body recognizing app and a Watson API acting as a style guide.
