To prevent greenwashing from occurring in a basic commodity like food

What it does

Prevent Destruction to the environment, place set regulations on quality of produce supplied to stores. Ensure labors receive fair compensation. Ensure a fair price range for food produce is established.

How we built it

We built after analyzing current problems in sustainability and viewing where corporates are greenwashing consumers into buying their unfairly priced products.

Challenges we ran into

Coming up with an organization to fund us. Finding a reason as to why our idea is beneficial to society

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating a viable idea that seeks to improve all parties involved in the idea. We seek to create an economy with fair wages and fair pricing on food.

What we learned

We learned how to do Vibe Coding as non coding majors. We were able to research and come up with an idea for all societal good. We established an understanding and where our idea stems from.

What's next for Fírtreé

We seek to globalize Firtree into a global agency that understands public sentiment and supplier concerns and act as the gateway to create an understanding between the two parties
