Inspiration

I got inspired, by the amazing counselor at my school, who guided me through what classes to take, and what goals to set.

What it does

This shell-based program gives strategic tips and advice on what courses to take in middle and high school.

How we built it

I built this using Python and Llama 3.2 AI, to provide the answers

Challenges we ran into

I ran into a challenge, when I had to figure out how to make the Llama AI save the context and history of the previous conversation. I managed to do this by saving the chat logs of the previous conversations and using it while prompting the AI, to give it context.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm proud of how this turned out, as this was my first hackathon, especially using AI. With my limited coding skills, this project went a lot farther than I had initially anticipated.

What we learned

I learned more about AI, and LLMs along the way, preparing for this event. This event made me do lots of research, but also managed to teach me about many things I initially had no clue about.

What's next for Future Focus

I plan to expand upon this with help in other factors, like finding schools/universities to attend, mental health advice, etc. with the help of Llama 3.2
