Inspiration

We were inspired by wellness and fun. We wanted to find away to bring people a little joy, and also some funny cats

It shows funny cat gifs

How we built it

We used VSCode, GitHub, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Slack and our very talented graphic designer, Franklin

Challenges we ran into

Finding the right API to use. We used a Rest API and had to find a way to hack it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of our creation, and proud that we have since converted at least 3 non-cat people to being cat people

What we learned

We learned that Hackathons are a lot of fun!

What's next for Hack The Cats

We would like to build our own API or very large object to host the funny cats, and possible have a cat-tastic game.
