Inspiration
We just hate filling out paperwork. And if you have ever tried to apply for a visa yourself, you know what kind of anguish it is. We decided to automate this process.
What it does
We made a service to assist in filling out the documents. It can be embedded in your application, web site or instant messenger. So we can fill out any documents. Any complexity. Any online form. Any contracts, forms and other papers.

It is java spring + google assistant.

We have created a bot that works in Google Assistant and in Telegram. It allows you to create documents and generates pdf. As an example, made 2 types of documents

We learned to work with Google Assistant. And also learned a lot about documents
What's next for Hack Docs Bot
In the future development of this project, we want to add automatic recognition of documents. You can simply take a picture of your passport and our service will automatically fill in all the required fields. It is also possible to memorize the context and the entered fields in order to fill the documents faster next time. You can even fill out the document completely without human intervention. In order to simplify the creation of documents, we want to use ML to teach the service to recognize documents and automatically generate questions.
