Inspiration
-Covid-19 has made it evident that even doing the so-called simple tasks are quite difficult to do. With countless people worldwide, this pandemic has affected everyone in devastating ways whether it be physically, mentally, or financially.
What it does
- this user-accessible app allows you to get or give get help with groceries or other items with simply a few taps by nearby residents with no additional app or delivery costs. ## How I built it
- I used MIT app inventor and firebase for my database to track user logins and other orders ## Challenges I ran into
- many runtime errors
- too many variables to keep track
- learning curve ## Accomplishments that I am proud of
- learned the basics of a brand new app development tool and made an application that if optimized enough can be really useful in today's world ## What I learned
- how important it is to plan out your ideas before hand
- how much harder doing the actual code is than thinking of the idea in your mind ## What's next for HandnHand
- to hopefully optimize to my ideal goal so that it can be fully functional and be used by millions over the world and make a positive impact on the world
