Inspiration

We was inspired by Doom and the 50/30/20 rule.

What it does

This game shows and judges how the player spends their money using a score. If they use the 50/30/20 technique then they will get a perfect score of 10 but they can go over and under but it will tell them and give advice depending on their decisions throughout the level.

How we built it

We built it using Unreal Engine, 3D modeling software Blender and royalty free music. We had someone from out course do the textures but he wasn't signed up to devpost or the Jam.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into bugs at the end where the scoring kept increasing and the initial scope was a lot compared to what we have.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of being able to complete this game in the set time with a simple scoring system, while using factual information.

What we learned

To test everything and common or good stopping points to show progress.

What's next for Financial HeadSpace

We would like to either continue the game, come back to it later or release it and see what people think to gain feedback.
