  Hyson Hub - A hundered cooks under a single roof

Inspiration

Effectively helping out those who were most affected by this situation, without, at the same time, compromising on customer satisfaction or service!

What it does

Hyson Hub is a chain of Co-Cooking spaces right outside the cities with each of them housing a hundred cooks availing shared services at one-tenth of the usual costs. Here, all they have to care about is cooking delicious food and that's it. We do the rest. We have also renovated the logistics model for food delivery which enables us to more than a hundred packets to more than hundred customers at fixed timeslots. This ensures fast, cheap, and safe food delivery and we move on to building a new era in consumerism of delivered food.

How we built it

We took into account various different perspectives, and made sure it was rewarding to all. We have a dynamic ERP software and a MIS software for effective supply chain management and resource management. We also employ user behavior analytics to help users to choose their comfort food from Hyson, 3 times a day.

Challenges we ran into

We used various assumptions to come as far as we have, and we had a hard tim validating them. Also, this requires a high budget investment to start, but is very promising and highly sustainable.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We signed up for the challenge only a week ago and we iterated our model no less than 10 times now. Right now, we have got a very strong Business idea and an Operational Plan and we are very confident about it's success. Also, we were able to shoot and edit our video within one day!

What we learned

We learnt that people all around the world are actively trying to help out their Asian brothers and sisters. Not just through instagram posts, or snapchat stories, but through real competitions meant to help those communities out. In short, we learnt the world is smaller than we thought! Also, as there is chaos everywhere in the world, we believe that our business will definitely disrupt the Food Delivery Industry

What's next for Hyson Hub - by The Vimana

We are planning to construct a highly reliable and user-friendly mobile application for bringing our business idea to life. Ascend's support will help us reach out to a wider audience of small business owners, in the initial stages to run pilot programmes to create a strong Proof of Concept. We will seek for further investment to upscale our business to all cities of America. (We are even working on testing out this model for grocery delivery)
