JOB SNIPER
Inspiration
We are struggling to find internships, so we decided to turn our struggles into a tool that may help others, including ourselves.
What it does
so it has 3 branches: resume builder, where you get to fill in ur experiences and download it; resume tailor; and resume and job post match analysis to know our chances of getting that certain job.
How we built it
frontend: react + css + javascript backend : node.js AI
Challenges we ran into
GitHub merge conflict issues, setting up React framework issues, and API key getting expired.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
: we were able to finish the base algorithm in less than 12 hours, we took time to style it and merge each member's code.
What we learned
We learnt the depth of React and how dynamic it is with style + logic, and mostly teamwork is the key for success!
What's next for Job Sniper
? We can add more advanced feature, such as link it with linked in or indeed to add a posting instead of copy and paste.
