As a doctor, I had spent endless hours in tabulating reports of our patietns. Often made errors in manually reporting the reports even when the technology for automatically tabulating reporting the data is available outside the hospital. Hence, I felt the need to create this software service, so doctors and patients don't suffer because of the inadequacies of the human mind and fatigue.
