Inspiration
We had a huge event last week at home. That afternoon, our cook notified us that she was unwell and wouldn't be able to make it. It was truly a nightmare as we had no replacement and 5 dishes to be made in two hours. This could have easily been solved if there had been a trusted gig platform to turn to. Although India's gig sector is expected to grow by 17% annually, it remains unstructured. When we spoke to 20 families in chennai about their everyday struggles, the most pressing concern was the unavailability of odd-job helpers.
What it does
Ladius tackles both these problems at once. It is a location based platform that employs lower income category women, who would be benefitted by temporary gigs pertaining to their skills, and provides workforce on demand to clients!

We built a mobile app using react native.
