Inspiration

In the prime time of covid-19 lockdown, due to the online classes, the students are missing classroom interaction and communication, which is making the whole learning process boring and not interactive, through the means of our site, we try to fill the gap by making stuff interactive again.

What it does

Students can sign up on our site and create virtual classrooms, which will contain the three prime features: Sharing the notes and study material so the everyone in the class has easy access to them; Comparing their academic stats with wonderful depiction through the graphs, which keeps up the sense of competition to have their graph higher than the others; and finally, interacting with other classmates to start a new habit or stop one.

How we built it

We start up by putting every thought each one of us had on the table, which we thought will help students, and after that came up with the whole project and divided tasks amongst ourselves that were needed to be implemented. Once we were all done, we merged the whole thing and added the finishing touches.

Challenges we ran into

Even though we all had experience in programming, we didn’t have a common ground, some of us were good with python, one had the knowledge of react.js and the other had for flutter, but the thing we all had common was love and passion for coding, and that was all we need. We started with deciding the framework we all needed to work on, and from that moment onwards there was a wonderful process of learning and teaching at the same time. And now, in the end, we all stand together as one strong team.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We all are really proud of the fact we worked together, day and night with our 100 percent, and at the end achieved the target we set, to a make web site the will help students connect and communicate with their classmates in a more interactive way.

What we learned

We learned how to work together in a team and how teamwork can make everything more efficient and easy to implement. Also since we were all had something or the other that we didn't know earlier, which was needed to be implemented in the project, we indeed learned a lot from the project, from learning the basics of the react.js to the implementation of firebase.
