What I built is a distributed computing platform on top of DigitalOcean. I provide a simple web interface to upload a dataset and function, and with simple click of the mouse, the task gets distributed over a number of machines, and the results are then combined and displayed! The machines auto turn on and off, and there is NO extra distributed code to write!
