Inspiration
Real Estate market is booming and it hard own a property when the price is too high. OwnMe makes property ownership easy at a fraction of the cost by letting you own a piece of the property. The idea came into being by looking at rise of NFT and digital assets.
What it does
The idea is that there could be multiple owner of the property through a Smart Contract. The property may be used as a Air B&B property, or rented out or one of the fractional owner may live there. But, any body who lives there will pay the rent. That proceed minus any expenses will be shared equally among all owners determined by the smart contract and ownership payout ratio.
How we built it
The current implementation mints the property as an Asset using Zora. The property image and meta-data associated with it is stored in IPFS storage. ownMe platform will list all the properties. Users can bid on that property on fractional ownership. After bidding period, the contract will be awarded among the agreed upon parties.

Minting the image of the property, storing in IPFS and filter properties for the account using The Graph.
