Though it was funny to have a widget with your 🍑, + I wanted to discover RevenueCat paywalls.
What it does
Each week, we scan, rate, and give you an avatar of your 🍑. We have a curated list of exercises with virtual coach, and guidance to perfect your form. See where your 🍑 ranks, and improve it. Add friends, see their 🍑 avatar and where they rank. Brag about it.

Challenges we ran into
First time doing a "real" onboarding, and I cant wait to see how it converts. It wasnt easy implementing the switch component on the paywall though.. Use of two AI models, pinpointing AI model to not flag any 🍑 picture, to perfectly draw the line between what a nsfw picture is, and a 🍑 picture. And getting AI to rate it and create an avatar of it.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
A usable app without bugs, with proper video assets. A complete onboarding experience that gives real value to the user, that can experiment the Peachier effect.
What we learned
We gained experience and learned the use of tools like mixpanel, appsflyer, and you guys RevenueCat ;)
What's next for Peachier
Focus on marketing, will try several tactics and see what converts best. App-wise, there are not really any features planned, maybe a global leaderboard that shows this week's best 🍑 s! And more workouts/exercises.
