Our Inspiration
Our motivation to embark on this project is rooted in our personal experiences with the healthcare system. From misdiagnosed blood clots delayed lupus diagnosis to uncertainties surrounding Down Syndrome, each of us has a story. These narratives, though varied, converged on a singular point of pain: the challenges of medical diagnosis and the pivotal role of clear communication in healthcare.
What We Learned
As a diverse team, we brought different skills and expertise to the table. For some of us, this was first time into web application development, while others were revisiting after some time. Despite the varying experience levels, each member's unique skill set was invaluable. Time constraints posed a significant challenge, but in those moments of pressure, we found solace in shared games, music, and puzzles.

Building Our Project
Tools like GitHub, Discord, and Google Docs facilitated our collaborative journey. These platforms enabled seamless idea exchange and fostered a conducive environment for brainstorming and development. However, our journey was not without its challenges. Deploying the database for our problem, in particular, posed significant hurdles. We learned to take things slow – this is a marathon, not a sprint but we still need to create and have goals to accomplish within certain time frames. We were also very proud of what we were able to accomplish, especially with learning a language we had no prior experience with.
