Process Mining: Operational Issues

Inspiration

As a supply chain minor, I am intrigued to learn more about operational issues in a real-world setting. Process lag or Bottlenecks in a process can pose operational issues and severe cost overruns.

What it does

Celonis is a process mining, data visualization, and Executive Management Software tool that allows companies to speed up their processes.

How we built it

We used Celonis to visualize the flow of events for the company and draw out the inefficiencies.

Challenges we ran into

Time constraints were a big issue but we were able to get it done.

We learned the software in one night.
