What it does

The website allows you to create your own quiz and also participate in build-in quizzes or those build by the community. Track the score and history of your quizzes and compete with friends.

How we built it

Our tech stack was: React.js, Firebase, Javascript, SCSS, React-router. We used Firebase auth to allow users to create an account and have all their information securely stored. We implemented React-router for smooth navigation between pages and SCSS for more organized styling.

Challenges we ran into

We were using Firebase for the first time and it turned out to be an awesome tool. Also, the time pressure and management of tasks was very fun and challenging

We definitely learned how to better work in a team. Be more efficient with our coding and manage and assign tasks to team members for the best quality and speed of work.

What's next for Quizzotopia

The whole project is not even in pre-alpha phase. There is really a lot of work we could do to make project shine and be on the top of the game. We started the project around 20h before the deadline so we didn't have much time for the implementation of all things we brainstormed. We would love to allow users to chat within themselves on the app. Add categories for quizzes and also moderation of public quizzes content.
