Inspiration

We have experienced firsthand how stressful grocery shopping can be and as well as how hard it is to keep track of expiration dates on our food. We wanted to ease the process with little effort for the consumer.

What it does

App that uses Amazon to automatically track grocery shopping history to send notification reminders on upcoming food expirations, and shop from within the app and access a recipe-sharing social media

We are proud of the user-friendly UI and aesthetic graphics we created.

What we learned

We learned how to work as a team. Throughout the time allocated, we always gave each person a different task to be actively working on towards our goal of the project. The hardest part was finding a starting point.

What's next for Rooke

Working on the functionality of working with Amazon or developing an API to cooperate with Amazon's services will be the next step for development for Rooke. Publishing this app is the ultimate goal.
