Inspiration

Stress may be good or bad depending on the situation. But "Too much of anything is bad". People mainly suffers three types of stress. To overcome the stress our app promises you to feel a more balanced and more joyful life. The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.

What it does

It helps people to more engage themselves with their inner self and cultivate relationships.

How we built it

It is built using machine learning (random forest classifier), python, flask, HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Into the world where stress-free life is rarely to be seeing.

We are proud of firstly coming with such a positive idea, working together on the application with which each individual can connect with.

What's next for SelfAid

We have future plans for SelfAid. We will add more level and tasks. Also we will add one more section for the people who have OCD problem. After this we will deploy it for global purpose use.
