Inspiration

the recent flooding in Texas that costed 150 people their lives out of those 30 of them lost their lives because they didnt get alerts in the langauge they knew

What it does

Think of it as palantir for crisis management we help people stay alive by sending alerts in languages they know, help first responders record conversatioin and convert it to medical recordable data using pehnoml so that by the time they are in the ER the hospital know s and we also have the silent handoff of patients

How we built it

using claude code and airia agents to generate alerts and then using deepl to translate it to the langauge and also using phenoml to generate the required medical data we use openai GPT-5 as the central orcahstrator

Challenges we ran into

Accomplishments that we're proud of

we were able to generate a comperhasive solution if the local goverment had would have saved 30 people

What we learned

that systems like this are the future of crisis mangement systems that react without us needing peoples reckless judgment

What's next for Skopeo

helping manage crisis at a scale that we actually might need less FEMA intervention as the states take the right decision before anyone
