Inspiration
We were inspired by Aleph Zero task on how we can improve governance & UX of their early ecosystem.

What it does
The dApp displays data about stake operators from our smart contracts and allows to vote on selected operator to delegate AZERO tokens to him.
How we built it
Smart contract repo: https://github.com/0xFar5eer/HackOnChain-AlephZero/ dApp repo: https://github.com/JustAnotherDevv/stakeoperatorgovernance
Challenges we ran into
Our main challenge was working with new tooling for Aleph Zero with previous experience on just EVM-compatible chains.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're super proud of completing basic demo with core features and successfully deploying contracts to the testnet within such a short timeframe.
What we learned
We both learned a lot about polkadot.js, ink and Aleph Zero blockchain during work on this project, it was my first time trying to use this tech.
What's next for StakeOperatorGovernance
Our plan is to deploy the dApp frontend in decentralized way and make it more practical by adding additional features and quality of life updates that can further improve user experience.
