Inspiration

After seeing the exploitation of Gamestop shareholders by an uncaring market in 2024, we wanted to give retail investors the ability to understand the large columns of data about the value of a stock.

What it does

Real-time Stock Data: Fetch and display up-to-the-minute stock prices from Yahoo Finance.

Interactive Charts: Visualize historical stock performance with interactive charts, allowing users to zoom and pan across the dataset.

Financial Metrics: View key financial metrics (e.g., market cap, P/E ratio, EPS) to aid in analysis.

Event Analyzer: Identify and analyze unusual price ranges within custom time windows using advanced statistical methods such as GARCH modelling for volatility detection.

News Aggregation: Aggregate relevant financial news related to the selected stock.

Natural Language Explanations: Generate human-readable explanations for significant price changes, utilizing cutting-edge AI and LLM technology.

Due Diligence Analysis: (Feature in Progress) Utilizing 16 Billion Parameter model, labeled CompassAI; optimized for financial intelligence with 8000 high-quality data points (1% of original training dataset). Design to conduct automated due diligence on stock investments. Training Ongoing due to Harware Limitations.
