Inspiration

We believe that a fight through any psychological battle is an experience worth remembering. After all, it does show how far one has come in life. We wanted to allow the patients to keep track of their journey, while providing information to the health care providers to ensure that they complete their journey.

What it does

It allows the patients to keep track of a virtual diary in the form of videos and minimal words. The doctors receive a report via a web app detailing how the patient is mental wise.

How we built it

We built the web app using node.js and using module such as Google Cloud and Plotly to add functionality. For the Android app, we used Android Studio.

Challenges we ran into

Linking our apps (mobile and web) to the cloud and storage.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of being able to implement some of the Google Cloud APIs.

What we learned

We learned how to use the Google Cloud API, Android custom camera adapter, and NodeJS

What's next for Synoptica

Improving the User Interface and increasing the number of functionalities.
