One of the primary challenges of doing data research is visualizing large datasets in an optimal manner. Before Trendr, this took hours of redundant effort graphing each possible variable against each other. Researchers would have to write their own code to visualize possibly related variables. For datasets with n categories, this n*n approach was obviously not an optimal solution. With Trendr, researchers can input a data file online. Within seconds, Trendr will apply its machine learning algorithm to the data set, and based on multiple variables, return the optimal graphs to show the trends in the data. This will revolutionize research fields by speeding up the data-gathering process.
